I had thought Satan himself was already on Earth, the real one, the original Great Satan according to the mullahs. So wtf does he need a proxy here? A viceroy serves where the king cannot. This VP needs to rethink his claim, make it more logical. Besides, this dude ain't even a proper mullah.
