Obama does Risky Aliyah: where he is Least Popular, Bush was Most Popular……

This will be his first visit to a country where he is less popular than anywhere else on earth. Nay, not ‘less popular’: he is so downright unpopular in Israel that the media would not put sound clips of what they say about him on the streets of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem (West Jerusalem). Israel is Bush country now, it is Cheney country now. Ironically, it is John Hagee country as well.
Extra extra security will be in order, and not for fear of Hamas or the PA. The assassination of Rabin in 1995 by an Israeli right-winger opened the door for the first election of Netanyahu.
