Several hundred residents of the southeastern town of Ketermaya, located some 25 kilometres (15 miles) from the capital Beirut, dragged the suspect, identified as Mohammed Muslem, out of a police car and beat him to death as officers watched helplessly, a security official told AFP. Muslem, 38, was the prime suspect in the murder of an elderly couple and their two granddaughters, aged 7 and 9, who were found stabbed to death in their home on Wednesday, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity.………”

Just decent Lebanese having some good ole fun

It was pure Lebanese tribalism. He was arrested because he was a poor foreigner. He was butchered by a lynch mob of Lebanese because he was a poor Egyptian. No trial, no nothing. Maybe he was guilty, maybe he was innocent: we will never know. From the Switzerland of the Middle East, and one more capital of tribal bullshit in the Middle East.
