Breaking News: Rush Limbaugh not seen in Costa Rica yet! Maybe his flight was late: shades pf Amelia Earhart, but without the class and the guts.
He is still looking for a country without a public health system (or public option). He will look the rest of his life: there is no such country other than the USA. From Britain to Germany to Zimbabwe to Australia to Yemen to Iraq: they all have robust public health care systems. Well, maybe there is one: Somalia has a limited public system.
Hell, even Georgia (Tbilisi) has one.
