According to the ISNA news agency, some counter-revolutionary media outlets reported on Saturday that Valian had been executed. Mohammad Amin Valian, 20, who was arrested on January 12, is a member of the Central Council of the Islamic Association of Damghan Science University. Asked about the legality of the special court set up at Evin prison, he pointed to the detention of thousands after the June 2009 presidential election and said this court was established out of necessity. “Nowhere in the law books is it set out where to set up courts. Our aim was to facilitate the court procedures and expedite the hearing process of the cases,” he explained. Elsewhere in his remarks, he said that the indictments have been prepared for 250 people who were arrested on Ashura day (December 27, 2009), adding that the arrestees whose charges are not supported by sufficient evidence will be released. Judges and interrogators based at Evin prison are working round the clock to ensure that rulings are made on the cases of detainees by the end of the Iranian calendar year (ends March 20, 2010), he stated…...……”

We are expected to feel great because the poor man has not been executed, yet. The fools probably don’t realize that waiting for the noose can be much worse, more agonizing, than getting the noose.
