“An Oregon store owner said he is out $12,000 for a shipment of 30 airsoft rifles seized by agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Ben Martin, owner of Airsoft Outlet Northwest in Cornelius, said the agents told him the guns were seized because they discovered the internal components could quickly be replaced with a mechanism allowing for the firing of live machine gun rounds, KPTV, Portland, reported Tuesday. "It's completely ridiculous that they think they could make these shoot real rounds," Martin said. Martin said the guns are designed to shoot plastic BBs and would not be sturdy enough to handle real bullets. He said the guns came from a manufacturer in Taiwan……….”

Those sneaky Iranians! If it can kill, they’ll want to buy it: handguns, bullets, slingshots, Swiss Army knives, spam, white bread, DVD’s of Dr. Phil….... you name it.
Now they are resorting to purchasing toy guns to circumvent the weapons embargo.
What next? Water guns? The mullahs spraying water guns at each other in the sweltering heat of Abadan?
