Idle Shaikhs, Sly Women, Simple Fatwas,………
“Two shaikhs, Othman al-Khamees (Kuwaiti) and Saad al-Ghamdi (Saudi) have issued a joint fatwa banning the internet for women because of its “naughtiness” and “negative influence” on a woman’s mind. The fatwa adds that a woman must not log onto the internet without the presence of an appropriate male relative, a mahram (husband, father, brother, uncle) who understands a woman’s slyness……...”
So, that is what worries these two amigos, these Shari’a graduates. A woman’s slyness. That is why they do it: a woman alone on the internet is bound to email or IM the devil……….
