Iranian General Challenges All Comers, Of Archers and Persian Cataphracts………

The general starts with a bombastic statement. I am not sure what he means about ‘classic wars’. Does he mean like the old wars using mounted archers, armored Persian cataphracts, and massive infantry supported by cavalry?
If he does, then he may be in for a rude surprise one of these days……..….
This is not the era of Carrhae, Phraaspa, or even the Fao Peninsula…....
