Monkey Business in Riyadh Neighborhood, Missing Gitmo…….

“Teams of Riyadh area security officers raided several houses (both abandoned and occupied) after reports by citizens and others that the neighborhood is infested with herds of monkeys…An official said that the monkeys were located and apprehended. It turned out that a Bengali resident of the neighborhood used to shelter them before their escape. The Bengali used to bring them from Taif in vegetable boxes…..A total of 43 monkeys were caught and placed under quarantine….The official denied that a resident killed some of them with a sword......”

No charges have been brought against the simians, yet. No official has yet tied them to either al-Qaeda, Hezbullah, or the Houthis of Yemen….In the West apprehended wild animals are released in their ‘natural’ environment, but Gitmo is being phased out; besides it is such a long way…..
One reader of the website that posted the report responded that: “I don’t know for how long will these criminals remain in our country…” Not sure if he meant the simians or……
