“Chief of Human Rights Authority meets the head of the political section of the American Embassy……..He told her this system is part of a chain of judicial system being implemented by Hid Majesty the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques, King of Humanity, May Allah Keep Him, in order to deepen the culture of human rights and edify it within laws……The American official expressed her admiration for this system that shows importance the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia gives to human rights.....”
This is a government established authority, with government appointed bureaucrats…
