On Hezbullah’s Arsenal, Dissolving a Parliament and Stalag 13, and Filibuster-Proof Royal Sports Awards
The party (of God) does not confirm or deny this report, but headlining it on its web site tells us something, n’est-ce pas?

Dissolving the people’s assembly requires an urgent cause that only the president determines….Speaker says that the existence of independents in the parliament are like time bombs…”al-Ahram Egyptian government daily, quoting the speaker who apparently knows nothing, nothing (remember Sergeant Schultz of the Wehrmacht and Stalag 17?).
“Saudi king orders that winning clubs (teams) in international contests get one million riyal….The king has ordered an award for athletic excellence in various sports to be awarded to teams that win international competitions….” That is one easy way to budget. And you don't need a 9.5 million vote majority, nor a 60 majority in the Saudi senate to do it. Unless some princes decide to filibuster.
