Just not what the Lebanese need right now: more weapons that would make it easier to clash with the Israeli Air Force that overflies continuously. BTW: the Lebanese cannot win a war against Israel, or against anybody else for that matter. Nor do they need to, unless they are attacked as happened in 2006.
Besides, I am not sure how 'sophisticated' Iranian arms are. Probably not very, compared to the West and Israel.
