On Hezbullah,Terrorism, the French Lifestyle, and Comcast

“An OECD study shows that the French have surpassed citizens of other developed countries in things related to eating, drinking, and sleeping. Frenchmen (and women) over the age of 15 spend more than 2 hours 15 minutes a day in eating and drinking. This is twice the time Americans would spend. The French also beat the Americans in the sleep category: on average they sleep (meaning real inactive sleep) almost 9 hours (8 hrs 50 min), more than Americans by 10 minutes. Actually I didn't know that Americans slept that long before retirement. Koreans and Japanese get the least amount of sleep (so, that is not a stereotype anymore!) al-Manar
I believe, nay I hope, that watching and reading al-Manar (Hezbullah TV) online is not illegal. Otherwise Comcast, my good ISP, may get in trouble for dealing with a terrorist organization- sort of like that Pakistani man in New York State who was selling satellite TV connections and was indicted (or was it sentenced) last week. In fairness that man may have been doing more for the Lebanese group than just selling satellite TV subscriptions. Otherwise the prosecutor would not have bestowed on him the grandiose title of “Hezbullah’s man in New York”, would he? Or would he?
Can't imagine Comcast being called............oh, well.
And didn't that OECD study leave out something else the French are supposed to do more than others, at least by reputation (although the number of births in France is not increasing enough to justify that reputation)?
Cheers
